It’s official.

Suns forward Amaré Stoudemire will return to action tonight at home against Portland — as a starter.

“We want to warm him up,” Suns coach Mike D’Antoni said after the Suns’ shootaround at US Airways Center this morning. “He’ll probably go the first three to four minutes and we’ll see how it goes and how he goes. We want to win games.”

Stoudemire has not played this season after undergoing microfracture surgery on his left knee in October.

I wish I wasn't so sick so I could go to the game. I can only imagine what the introduction is going to be like - they better not cheat those of us who have to watch it on tv....

They will. They stopped showing the intros on tv sometime last year. I think they want people only to see the intros by buying tickets.

Tickets are sold out for all the remaining home games except the Dallas game.

yea my luck is they will show the game from the portland telecast :( the thing that drives me nutz is how bad some of the other teams people are. i.e. earlier this year in philly they said that boris was 6'6". time after time they show that they dont follow the game.

actually the portland guys used to be pretty good... well it depends on what you think is good, but steve snapper jones would just make fun of bill walton the whole game, every game... it was pretty funny to listen too if you didnt mind them not talking about the game.

the worst are the boston, new york and rockets guys. everytime i hear them i just want to shot them.

Phoenix fans are spoiled, McCoy is the best, no matter who his color guy is.
