Despite what fans have seen so far throughout the free agency process, make no mistake about it—solving the DT woes remains high on the Pittsburgh Steelers' priority list.

To prepare for the future of the defensive line, Iowa Hawkeyes DT Yahya Black is being brought in for a pre-draft, top-30 visit with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The huge Iowa Hawkeye measures in at an immaculate 6'6", 336 lbs—exactly what the Black and Gold need on their defensive line.

Black redshirted his freshman year in 2020 but went on to have a solid five-year career at Iowa, racking up two consecutive All-Big Ten Honorable Mentions in 2023 and 2024, as well as a standout performance at the 2025 Reese's Senior Bowl.

Ray Fittipaldo of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette even expects Black to be a Day 3 selection, further opening the door for the Steelers to bring his talents to the Steel City.

Will the Steelers use a fourth-round pick on the massive DT prospect, or should Pittsburgh address their defensive line concerns earlier in the draft?
