Next week---The Cardinal QB could have and should have
Could have kept Plummer or should have drafted Big Ben.

Will be an interesting game. More importantly, which officials will show up?

Pittsburgh is on a roll. Big Ben is playing very well and their defense is really hitting people.

I say Pittsburgh 27 Denver 17

Steelers.

I'm going to the game and Denver has never won when I'm there rooting against them.

The crowd noise was huge for Denver against NE but Pittsburgh overcame that today no problem.

This is a game that will basically come down to which team gets a lead, both do the same thing, get the lead and then sit on the ball running it.

Should be a lot of fun to watch.

lol! I'm picking Denver.

Altough, just how bad do you wish Palumano was a Cardinal? Seriously.

I love him, had him on my defense in fantasy football almost every week! Made it to the championship playoffs, lost because of poor play from Tomlinson!:(

I had to give it to Pittsburgh. I have real doubts about Denvers backs being able to run against the Steelers D. But then Denver is also good against the run. I think Pittsburgh has the better secondary and better receivers. Jake is the wild card again. Pittsburghs linebackers just might be too fast for him though. These are both of the teams I wanted to see go all of the way from the AFC. My NFC choice was out the first game of the season! As I've said in previuos posts, Denver might have been better off going to Indy rather than hosting Pittsburgh. Indy is who they've spent the last two years building to face in the playoffs. Pittsburgh might be too physical.

The Steelers are the lesser of two evils here. And I'm a fan of the smash mouth mentality they use on offense. So I will be rooting for them.

But Denver is a hard place to play. And you usually have to favor the home team in the playoffs. That plus the Steelers have had problems getting over the 'hump' for awhile.

Denver is a hard place to play. That is why it even remains close. The Patriot turnovers were very unusual for them. The Brady throw into the endzone is not something he does often, and I don't know if I've ever seen them fumble a return like that. Patriots looked tired to me, like the effects of 10 extra playoff games, and tons of commercials and parades are catching up to them. People have been gunning for them for the last 4 years, it just looks like that caught up to them. And with all that, they still had a tremendous chance to win it.

Pittsburgh played a heck of a game. Blah Blah Blah about Indianapolis having too much on their plate with James Dungy and not playing a meaningful game for a month........Pittsburgh schemed up a beautiful Defensive game. Gotta think they'll treat Plummer similiar to Manning. The key WILL be Plummer. Will he be able to beat Polamalu?? I'm sure he'll see that Robber Coverage all over the tapes this week. But when it comes live....will he be able to read when he is blitzing, and when he is dropping into the middle of the field??

Gotta go with the Broncos, that defense was great vs the Pats. I'm looking forward to watching the two defenses in this game, but I think the Broncos Defense will make more plays, and Big Ben will be pressured into more Picks, than the Snake. :p
