Stephen A. Smith on ESPN First Take said, "The Arizona Cardinals fired a black coach, Steve Wilks after only 1 season. They didn't even give the man a chance. Then what did they do? Did they go hire and look for an experienced coach? NO! Did they consider any black coaches? NO! They went out and hired a white coach from a Texas Tech in Kliff Kinsberry who didn't even have a winning record."
He went on to repeat it after the break how the Cardinals organization is racist

His rant about not enough black coaches started with a quote from today where Jerry Jones stated that Jason Garret would be coaching in the NFL next year.

Stephen made it about race and why there aren't more black coaches, only 1 black GM (in Miami - and he said he's doing a great job by trading for picks) and no black owners.

HC #1 had less weapons than HC #2, so HC #2 does the same with more assets.
