Grace and Keim managed to “stay out of trouble” last several years simply big using the Uber app. Behavior has been the same just stopped getting behind the wheel.
Grace would tell stories about how the Chicago cops would escort him home. Didn't quite get the same treatment in AZ.

I hope the Cardinals decide to hire a brand new GM instead of promoting from within but man is that tough to believe.

Maybe a former player with front office experience who has connections with the team. I'm not sure who that might be.

I'm not sure if Larry Fitzgerald is prepared.

The Suns hired James Jones as Director of Player Personnel before he was later hired as the Suns GM.

The internet is nuts.

Apart from bald and bearded Keim and Kugler are not remotely alike in age, build, gait, dress, voice or anything else.

And if you get fired due to mistaken identity you don't go to arbritration. You sue.

Arbritration is for when they don't want to pay you what they thing they should pay you.

Although I wouldn't be surprised to find they screwed this up somehow.

I was thinking similar...You don't arbitrate to clear your name or correct facts...You arbitrate about how much $$ you're owed on your contract.

coaches and GMs have employment contracts

that contract specifies any disagreement over employment goes to arbitration --- said differently: as the employee, you waive your right to sue

btw:

the original situation was truly a no win situation for the Cards

i suppose they could have kept Kugler pending an investigation, but they would have been roasted publicly when the story cameout

i guess the only way this gets worse: if it really was Keim who did it

Oh man, if Keim was the one that did the groping instead of Kugler?
So, let’s run wild with this just for a second.

If it comes out that Keim knew… AND so did Bidwill, and they threw Kugler under the bus, pretty much fingering him for sexual harassment… would that be grounds for the league to push Jr. Out the door and sell? That would be a truly horrific not just cover-up but proactive move to destroy someone’s entire life to protect your buddy.

Which means that it was, since this is the Cardinals

That would be a holy **** moment. 2 PHX Sports owners being forced out at the same time?

Yes, IMHO - if Bidwill knew (or was told it could have been), then yes, Bidwill should be done as an owner.

No. The NFL and the membership stood idly by while Daniel Snyder sex-trafficked his cheerleading squad. And they hate that dude.

The Bidwill family is widely loved by the membership. If you don't believe me, check out ESPN.com's long read on Daniel Snyder and how they closed ranks when Snyder started running his mouth about Glendale as a Super Bowl site.

If Keim let Kugler take the fall for this and Keim was the perpetrator, then he should and will be effectively blackballed by the NFL.
