I always wanted to ask this.

Why don't we ever have "sticky" threads on this board?

There is several threads that should stay on top of the board.

For example we could have one "sticky" draft thread about lottery, draft prospects etc instead of starting new threads all the time.

It could be nice, although they would get quite cluttered after time I think.

I say once the draft/ expansion draft / FA recruiting week get closer that we should sticky some threads though.

Yeah, we definitely need that because George starts thread after thread after thread, all about the same thing! :D

Don't pick on George. :)

I actually find it more difficult to keep up with all of the ghosts under a large thread than several smaller threads. However I think it does make sense to have a couple sticky threads for topics like the draft.

For example I posted a couple of weeks ago that Dwight Howard and Randolph Morris were on TV on Jan30.

But I forgot to get that thread back on top so nobody checked out 2 of the top highschool draft prospects.

Thanks, I think. :D

A lot of thread go off topic and many "hop scotch" two or three topics at the same time. I makes it hard to follow and sometimes interesting points get lost in the clutter. It feels weird responding to three different posts each of whom are discussing different issues. Instead I'd rather start a new thread and go from there.

The "sticky thread" approach is great as long as the posts stay on topic.
