How are Boldin and Warner not worthy of mention?

STUDS
Darren McFadden
After a modest debut performance (nine carries, 46 yards), McFadden flashed his true potential in Week 2. The talented rookie rushed for 164 yards and a touchdown, powering Oakland to a 23-8 win over Kansas City.
Aaron Rodgers
Replacing a legend can be difficult. So far, Rodgers is making it look easy. Rodgers, the highly scrutinized successor to Brett Favre, threw three touchdown passes in the first four drives against the Lions, sparking Green Bay to a 48-25 victory. Rodgers finished with 328 yards passing and did not throw an interception.
Charles Woodson
With the Packers clinging to a 27-25 lead over the Lions, Woodson helped Green Bay pull away for an easy victory. The veteran cornerback intercepted Lions QB Jon Kitna twice in the final six minutes. The first INT set up a Brandon Jackson TD run; Woodson returned the second pick 41 yards for a score.
Brandon Marshall
Marshall didn't play in Week 1 (suspension). Sunday, he reminded everyone why he's considered one of most promising young wideouts in the league. Marshall caught a Broncos-record 18 passes for 166 yards and a TD in Denver's thrilling 39-38 victory over San Diego .
Anthony Gonzalez
The Colts' offense started to hit its stride in Week 2, and Gonzalez was a key contributor. The second-year wideout had a career-high nine catches for 137 yards in the Colts' 18-15 victory over the Vikings.
Adrian Peterson
The Vikings are 0-2, but Peterson certainly isn't the problem. After rushing for 103 yards in the season opener, Peterson was even more impressive against the Colts, rushing for 160 yards on 29 carries. It was Peterson's eighth career 100-yard rushing game, already the fourth-best in Vikings history.
The Giants' defense
Despite the absences of Osi Umenyiora (injured reserve) and Michael Strahan (retired), the Giants' pass rush appears to be just as lethal as it was a year ago. The Giants sacked Rams QB Marc Bulger six times in a 41-13 win. Fred Robbins and Justin Tuck, who also had a 41-yard interception return for a TD, led the charge with two sacks apiece.
DUDS
Jon Kitna
Kitna rallied the Lions to a 25-24 lead over the Packers. Then he unraveled. Kitna threw three interceptions -- two of which were returned for TDs -- in the final six minutes, allowing the Packers to win comfortably 48-25.
Larry Johnson
On what was a tough day for the Chiefs' offense, Johnson rushed for just 22 yards on 12 carries in a 23-8 loss to the Raiders. The Chiefs were held to 190 total yards and were forced to use third-string QB Tyler Thigpen after Damon Huard left with an injury. (Chiefs No. 1 QB Brodie Croyle was injured in Week 1.)
Matt Ryan
Ryan enjoyed a victorious debut in Week 1. The rookie QB's encore was a much different story. Ryan was only 13-of-33 for 158 yards and was intercepted twice in Atlanta's 24-9 loss to Tampa Bay. He failed to complete his first nine passes.
The Bengals' offense
Bengals QB Carson Palmer and Co. struggled mightily for the second straight week, mustering only one score in a 24-7 loss to the Titans. Palmer was held to 134 yards passing and was intercepted twice. Chad Ocho Cinco (four catches, 37 yards) hasn't done anything worthy of a headline since his well-documented name change.
The Dolphins' running game
The Dolphins are counting on Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams to provide them with a formidable 1-2 punch at running back. Sunday, the duo was far from dynamic. Brown and Williams combined for just 53 rushing yards in Miami's 31-10 loss to the Cardinals.
