The Colts have just informed Edgerin James' agent that they are looking to trade him. Seems they can't afford to keep the 3rd head of the 3 headed monster.

Say what you want and I know it's a pipe dream , but tell the Edge wouldn't be a perfect fit for this club.

Ahh yes it's nice to dream...I'd love it but I agree with ya, there's not enough $$ for him...
maybe trade LJ and a 2nd....(i've posted that on every trade prospect )

I would tell Clement, Thompson, Shaun King (well, maybe not him...I don't think they would want him), L.J. Shelton and Hodgins they are on their way to the Colts for James.
The Colts can then trade them or play them.

Yeah we were hoping he falls to us but the Colts took him and we were also hoping Holt will be there too but the Rams took Holt so we took Boston.

We trade our second, Thomson and Bryant to the Colts for James, then trade James to the 'Phins for their second next year and a swap of firsts this year. The Colts get two rotational players for their D and a high second, the 'Phins get the RB they wanted, and the Cards get the RB they want plus a pick next year.

Not gonna happen. If we trade for James we will keep him and whats the point of moving up in the draft? I don't think the front office wants to pay for top 5 money.

I just read that Saban has said he's not interested in James.

Don't know if that's just negotiating or if he really doesn't want him.

Thankfully "DREAMIN is FREE" & cap friendly! Though I won't deny how darn good "THE EDGE" would look with a bird on his hat instead of a lucky horseshoe!!
