If I honestly believed the Cards would lose a game before they even started playing it, I would refuse to watch it. What's the use of aggravating yourself?

The Cards could be playing the Colts or Patriots and I wouldn't expect a loss. I guess I just don't understand how someone could give up without a fight even against overwhelming odds.

These guys are all professional athletes. If they go into a game thinking they might not win, they need to get into another line of work. Mediocrity is not acceptable. If you can't beat a guy physically, outsmart him and beat him by doing something unexpected. There is always a way. You just need to be smarter than your opponent and find that way.

I'll joke about the Cardinals jinxes and post this guy for a little fun. But believing in jinxes is simply loser mentality which is self-fullfilling.

As long as I wake up and put my Cardinals hat and jersey on before breakfast, my left sock before the right (same for the shoes), eat a bowl of Cap'n Crunch for breakfast, sit just so in my chair, only visit the bathroom during commercial breaks, drink an even number of beers & chicken wings, and we'll win for sure. This jinx stuff is childish and ridiculous!
