Fine. Just remembered, you called the thunder... :D

Wisniewski is going 1st half of the 2nd round...bank on it. If he does, you have to say I was right. If he doesn't, you have to say I'm still a cool cat.

Okay, okay, fine...if he doesn't, I'll say you were right.
I agree about the Noosk. I was talking about Sam The Sneeze Acho.

Houston at 32

Also I love this mock for the Cards. I doubt that Acho is there though.

Yep, for the 49ers. I love everything about Gabbert...except for his ability to physically QB an NFL offense.

You know, if we could get Gabbert's smarts and leadership ability, Newton's frame and arm, and Mallet's gunslinger mentality, we'd have a solid NFL QB :D

Gabberts 6'4 240 and has as good as arm as Newton Stout. Thats why I'm digging him so much.

And just say no to the gunslinger mentality. I got my fill of that watching Mallett play Alabama last year.

Two guys who have zero experiance in the NFL is already a nightmare scenerio?

Geez man lay off a little. You got your opinions I got mine. I would have said the same thing if Luck had come out, and I'm guessing I wouldn't be in the minority in saying that would be bad news for our beloved Cards. Luck has "zero experience" too.

I LOVE Harbaugh as a coach, a leader of men, as a strategist and as a tactician. Hes also pretty good developing QB's. I also buy into Gabbert and think Harbaugh would help him reach his massive potential.

What am I supposed to get freaked out if the 49ers get Patrick Peterson or Prince Akumara? Wow Im really freaked out Peterson will get a pick or two. Or Marcel Dareus would be stout against the run. Theycould be Pro Bowlers and on player at that position wouldn't make THAT much of a difference.

No I think my nightmare scenario would be combining what I think is going to be a good head coach and what amounts to a very good QB prospect who handles the ball 50 times a game, has a good group of playmakers around him, is in our division, and who if as good as I think he is, could cut our our heart over the next ten years time and time again.

Hopefully that clarifies.

If Harbaugh is all that, he should be able to do the same with Ponder. Or perhaps us even! Many say he's (Ponder) the most NFL ready coming out.

If Dareus is better than McCoy you should be scared.

The 'Noosk. I like it. Okay, you're on, I say Acho goes no earlier than the 3rd. For bragging rights (though I have no idea where he'll really go).

Gabbert has as much of a cannon as Newton? You're the only one in the world, from fans to experts, that I've ever heard say so.

Yeah, Gabbert's arm is not even in the same category as Locker's much less Newton's.

Whoa I am not sure where you are going with this but Newton, Locker, and Gabbert are very similar in terms of arm strength. Newton's maybe a bit stronger but its not the dramatic disparity some are making it to be and would besplitting hairs. Its not like the difference between Cutler or Leinart or something.

Here are some reads to catch you up on Gabberts arm.

http://www.columbiatribune.com/news/2009/aug/27/gabbert-learning-to-harness-the-howitzer/

was able to power the ball to any spot on the field he wanted. We don’t question Gabbert’s arm strength.

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2011/03/17/blaine-gabbert-completes-44-of-49-passes-at-pro-day/

Great size, arm strength and accuracy.

http://tommeltonscouting.wordpress.com/2011/01/11/blaine-gabbert-qb-missouri-scouting-report/

Great arm strength

And if you want to talk about arm strength, no one tops Mallett. Newton can't even hold a candle to him in that department. I would say Newton and Gabbert are pretty damn close in terms of arm strength.
