I noticed that not too many people check the Fantasy Sports forum, but I created a Yahoo Fantasy Hockey League and hope to have 14 more slots filled w/in 2-weeks.... Here's the info....

Despite the fact that you are a Dead Things fan I look forward to some good exchanges and chat....

I hope they do not trade Burke unless Booch and Bierk start showing me something real good at the start of the season. Burke is a leader on this team and one of the best goalies around. It would hurt, IMHO, to lose him.

Where does that come from? Sure a majority of the posters here are male, but I've never really come across anyone that demeans females (except for immature Suns fans that put down the WNBA all the time).

As far as my league, 8 have registered so far and I might limit it to 14-teams...... I won't "smack talk" yet about the league since usually how the draft goes and injuries to key players usually dictate the outcome......

Yeah, a life-long Wing's fan here and not one of those "bandwagon jumpers" who started following them in '97...
I began following the team in '85, which happened to be one of their worst years in franchise history....... Please give me credit for not being an Avalanche fan at least (no offense to those who support that team)....HAHA.... I mean, I attended both games the Wing's played when they were at Am-West Arena and the Coyote fans actually said that to me.....

I did begin to follow the Coyotes last year and was impressed with the deals they made towards the trading deadline... They seemed to add a lot more physical players, who will open up spaces for Nagy, Johnson, and Doan...... Having Gratton and Hrdina the entire season will make them extremely better and finally having an enforcer like Nash will make a world of difference and even reduce down on the prospects of injuries on the more highly skilled-players....

Yeah, I guess trading Burke will be based on how the team starts out the first 2-months of the season and if Bierk and Boucher are proving their worth......

The Coyotes would have easily been the 8th seed last season if they didnt have all those injuries and I wouldnt be stunned if they place a respectable #6 if all those players remain injury-free and they develop that necessary chemistry........
