Post bump from 2003......

Please don't trade down too far, Cardinals, if you are going to trade down.

As you can see, history shows it hasn't been kind to us. What could have been if we stayed at 6 or traded to the most 10.

Yep and Keim cant draft leave him with slam dunk picks

Eh, we eventually got Suggs and Peterson both. No biggie.

:bang:

There is no crystal ball, but with the information available, the transcendant talents in this draft appear to be Burrow, Young, Brown, Okudah, and Simmons. Take one if available. If not, take Lamb or Wills.

Sucks even more that Suggs and Boldin went on to win a Super Bowl together in Baltimore. That would have been a hell of a draft (2 potential Hall of Fame players).

Dansby, Dockett and Suggs in their primes playing defense together would have been awesome.

Then the potential of Fitz, Boldin & Peterson on offense with Aaron Rodgers?

Oh what could have been.

there was a five year period starting with the Suggs draft where the Cards has draft opportunity to draft 4 Hall of Fame players, and instead, took one (Fitz)

2003 Suggs -- > Pace
2004 Rivers/ Roethlisberger --> Fitz
2005 Rogers --> Rolle
2007 Adrian Peterson --> Brown

Peterson is most likely a hall of famer. But JJ Watt or Julio Jones would have been a little better pick.

Huh? Watt and Jones weren't even in that draft.

2007 the only real choice for the Cardinals was Brown or Peterson.
