Sun Yang: China's top swimmer out of Olympics after doping violation

China's top swimmer, Sun Yang, has been banned for eight years for breaking anti-doping rules, meaning the Olympic champion will miss Tokyo 2020 this summer. Sun is the reigning world and Olympic champion in the 200m freestyle. The ruling by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) came after it earlier accepted an appeal from the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).
