He is young and athletic. He works hard, rebounds, and gets scores off the offensive glass. It is time to move on from Nurk and Plumlee. Nurk is so vertically challenged his height is nearly completely negated. Plumlee is a journeyman. Richards is young enough and has enough potential to develop. This team keeps going through the stupid process of trying to find developed talent, which usually means overrated talent on the downside of their careers, rather than developing the quality talent they have. Richards is relatively young and developing, so I am interested. Nurk and Plumlee will only be worse with every passing year.
I have been ignoring this team for months. This piques my interest--a little.
