I have finally seen the light. It's time to give up on being optimistic. The record up to this point and the two winning streaks are meaningless anyway (easy schedule and all that). It's time to make some major moves and I like all the suggestions on this board.

Dump Marion while we can still get a bag of peanuts for him.
Raja and Jr. are inconsistent lately so they go, too.
Trade Kurt ASAP before he decides to retire.
Diaw isn't earning his new contract so trade him.
Amare's a few years away from another surgery and then he'll be done.
Barbosa's okay but he's no Nash.
Banks sucks and he's no Nash either.
The rest of the bench is a joke and they're all expendable.
Come to think of it, Nash is 33 and playing on borrowed time. It's just stupid to build your whole system around one player who can't be replaced by anyone on the planet. I blame D'Antoni for that stupid idea.
Ship D'Antoni out and bring in one of the out-of-work coaches who couldn't get their teams up to .500. They couldn't do any worse.

Thirty games to go -- plenty of time to bring in a new blood and get them all on the same page before the playoffs.
