Anyone notice that traveling call the referees called on Nash when Varejao gave him a hip check. A referee that misses a foul call like that in open court should be at least reprimanded. It was just too obvious that Nash did not willingly travel.

Yeh that was one of the most bizaare calls during the whole game. Those refs were clearly cleveland bias.

I guess we should probably give Marion some props for making that play, it was not an easy play at all. Marion is clutch!!!

I loved the play and wish he would do that more. Fake the three as his man comes out on him, dribble around by the baseline and then float it in. The move looked more Paul Pierce than Shawn Marion.

the only problem is usually he gets ahead of himself when he does that move and gets called for a travel. but at least he made it last night.

Way to step it up Matrix.
It was a big shot no doubt but when was the last time S.Marion created a game winning shot(or created a good shot of any kind off the dribble) and connected? If i'm Cleveland (or any other team) i'll take my chances with that exact same scenario every time.
Just sayin.

It should be a more likely scenario that Kaman is the backup center (pushing out Amare) due to his huge rebounding and blocking numbers and Marion makes it as a small forward (if he squeeks in past Josh Howard). It's a possibility that the Suns only have one All Star. Though, with the preference for offensive numbers in A.S. games, I suppose Amare + J. Howard is more likely.

There is no way Marion should be an all star this year.

Amare should probably go as I think he's had way more good ones then really bad ones, although the competition for centers is tough. That said, they may just figure him as a power forward and he'll make it that way too.

well, we are talking All Star here, rebounding and defense maybe what some Suns fans are obessed with this year but overall the scoring of 22+ with 9.1 is pretty impressive if you are viewing it from a distance.

Oh I tend to agree that Amare is having an all star season, his rebound numbers aren't bad and he's blocking a good amount of shots too.

My favorite part was when Raja took a charge, fell, got up, and yelled at the Cav's bench "*uck you." LoL, classic!

They must have called him a flopper.

IIRC, didn't he try that shot to tie in the first game against the Hornets and miss?
