Awesome!
I picked a great game to actually watch.....it was purely coincidental that i chose the game where Nash sat it out ;).
Defense>>>offense
Always.
Whether at home, away or on Mars.

Hey Mojo, How about you and I play a game of 1 on 1, first one to 10 buckets wins.

Here are the rules. Based on your theory, I will give you the advantage. I will refuse to play defense - entirely. You, then, must refuse to play offense.

Who do you think is going to win our match?

Stop with the whole "Defense is always better than Offense", it isn't true. you have to score more points than the opponent to win - not 'stop more buckets'.

Is there a shot clock? If not, Mojorizen's gonna end up standing around with the ball in his hands, while you stare back at him blankly.

Hey, as long as you're willing to have fun with it(because there is no concrete proof for either argument) i pose this equally hypothetical and ridiculous scenario.......:D

Lets play 5 on 5 fullcourt to say...21 points....officiated.
I'm going to roll out a squad of three Dennis Rodmans(in his prime).
I chose Rodman because he's the polar opposite of say....Amare Stoudemire who is a fairly one-dimensional player, as is Rodman.
I'll give you a team of Stoudemires. Howabout '07 Stoudemire?

Both players are relatively the same size with Amare having the edge there.

DR could rebound with anybody and could guard 4 positions.DR had some average scoring abilities but generally wasn't asked to score.

'07 Amare still had some pretty impressive athletic ability,he could score inside in a variety of ways, and his 15-20 footer had been developed.
Amare has shown the ability to defend the basket and occasionally go to the glass but has generally failed in these categories in his career thus far.

Do you accept the challenge? :D

Knocking Nash is insanity. The guy gets a complete game's assist numbers in one quarter.

How was it possible they had 15 turnovers without Nash? I thought he was the culprit for all their turnover woes :)

Nobody really cares about turnovers, but rather whether turnovers lose games. So, your question should be, how was it possible that they came back from 10 pts deficit 3 some minutes before game end, without Nash, while with Nash we lost so many games when we led with more than 10 pts in the 4th quarter.;)

Or, didn't we argue that it was Nash turnovers that cost us games? Didn't we lose almost every game when Nash had 6 or more TOs, which happened quite a lot this season? :p

I've read your post several times and I'm still not sure if that last question was meant to be serious. One never knows .............

However: No, we (the Suns) didn't.
They've played 60 games and lost 23.
Of 14 games where Nash had 6 or more TOs:
They lost 5 -- (12/2, 12/8, 1/2, 1/8 and 1/26)
They won 9 -- (11/1, 11/6, 11/9, 12/15, 1/5, 1/6, 1/11, 1/23 and 2/19)

I looked it up because I was curious. Also because I'm lounging around with my leg in a cast and I'm bored.
