Game 2: Warrick 18 pts, 11 rbs in 26.5 minutes
I think the Suns may have found their dive player going to the basket.

He should fit in perfect in GS. He doesn't play any defense either.

Oh Daren. Stop. Just eat your crow.
Hate to disappoint you, but we'd get clobbered all season on the boards with Amare as well. Probably not as bad, but clobbered nonetheless.
So, let's see, game 4:
Stoudemire with 14 points on 5-21 shooting, 8 rebounds, 8 turnovers, 6 fouls in 37 minutes
Warrick with 19 points on 7-9 shooting, 5 rebounds, 2 turnovers, 4 fouls in 31 minutes off the bench
Amare had 19/4 with a +/- of -18 tonight.
It's still only 7 games into this season, but he's averaging less than 19.5ppg and about 8rpg.
When do we start hearing of buyer's remorse out of NY AND when does that tough NY media start to tear him apart?

They will probably go after D'Antoni first. They are what 3-4 now? If that team is .500 or worse in about 10 games I would suspsect the crap to start flying in NY.
I am not saying Warrick is better than STAT, or anything close, but Warrick/Turk/Childress are holding their own, and so far making the suns look like they made the right choice..
I agree with you on Warrick and Childress, but there is no way that trading for Turkoglu can be considered the right choice from what we have seen so far. The same for signing Fye.
Tonight had Amare 33 and 10.....but David Lee had 28 and 10
What am wondering is why the heck didnt they keep Lee too, why let him go?
