PJ Tucker won't be playing. He missed the team bus to the airport in LA yesterday.

It's good to hear that he's being so conscientious in order to try to move past his extreme DUI. Maybe he was drunk again and couldn't get a ride. I guess that would be progress.

I'd like to see Dragic moved to the bench so he could play unencumbered by Bledsoe and Thomas. One doesn't know how to pass and the other won't. I looked up Dragic minutes today while playing without Bledsoe and Thomas. Only 12 total minutes. Still in those 12 minutes he's had 5 assists and 4 were for three pointers. So, 12 minutes and 4 assists for three pointers. Bledsoe has 19 total in 312 minutes. (A similar trend existed last year but obviously not as pronounced.) When you can't find three point shooters, you can't run an NBA offense.

It would be good to see Kelly have a huge game. Target number two after Rubio.

Are you kidding me? Was it a personal matter or just straight up missed the bus?

Either way, the Suns punished him by suspended him for one game.

And we counted on him to be a team leader -- an example for young players.

His behavior is disappointing!

That sounds a bit harsher than reality although it's not actually wrong. It's a team rule. You miss the bus, you miss the game.

Since he was going to miss the game anyway he should have just flown back to the valley. Today is the final chance to eat at Monti's La Casa Vieja and he could have been one-up on his teammates. A chance to be a part of history and he could tie one on while eating a nice filet dinner.

Yeah, that single-handed steal, fast break and dunk might be a first and a last for Alex.

I took a date there for dinner about a month ago. She said it's her favorite restaurant. I hadn't been there in about fifteen years. So much nostalgia on the walls. And a great ribeye steak. And a stroll around Tempe Town Lake.

Shortly thereafter they announced they were closing the restaurant.

Coincidence? I think not. <<<one of my favorite lines when used right, Maxwell Smart or Les Nessman style>>>

It was my mom's favorite restaurant and she quickly indoctrinated my brand new wife into the Monti's lifestyle many years ago. Needless to say, I've eaten there a few hundred times although my last visit was more than 20 years ago.

Eric Bledsoe really needs to learn to not turn the ball over.

His passing is much worse than last season. He struggles to make simply open passes that I have 16 year old kids in high school make.

Couldn't agree more. he still makes some silly rookie mistakes, but he is looking pretty damn good in the paint.

Edit:
Also, TJ is such a smart player considering his age. His understanding of timing, angles, and things like that is just amazing.

It's nice to see the Suns have learned how to pass the ball to Len at the basket for some easy points. I can't help but wonder why it took so long.

Trade them all. Start again with Len, Warren and hopefully Ennis. J/K but I do like our young guys.

Taped fingers.

Steve

This is true however this does not explain to my satisfaction why the light just went on with Len. I will definitely take it though. He is young. This is what I have been waiting to happen.

Same here but I think I will keep a few of the Suns other players. :)
