Insane. Don't care how many shots he took 70 in an NBA game is crazy.

I love this young team.

Booker shot 21-40 from the field, 4-11 from 3 point range and 24-26 from the FT line.

Excellent shooting performance as well.

Gerald green acting like a total punk, go back to the d league you little gangsta. It was a 10 point game and watson fouled with 40 seconds left, so what?

Impressed that he shot over 50% at 40 fg attempts.

Especially considering he played 45 out of 48 minutes. I'm thinking Booker was very tired at the end.

Booker even took a couple of tough shots at the end which hurt his FG%.

Simply a great performance.

Does it seem to anybody else like players that leave the Suns hate them more than the average amount?

HOLY CRAP!!!!

I'm telling you guys, Ball/Booker is backcourt 3000!!!

Those two guys will make Lavar Ball look like Nostradamus because they WILL be better than Steph/Klay.
God no.

If the Suns draft Ball, here's gonna be the headline the next day: "LaVarr Ball: Lonzo is better than Nash, Barkley and Booker".

I don't understand why anyone besides a true masochist would want to draft Lonzo Ball. It's not even like he did anything special on the big stage when he played in the tournament.

Mainstreet, you look like the only one from this forum who actually watched the game live from the beginning till the end so props for you that you get awarded by getting to watch a historic performance by Booker live as it happened :)

I wish I saw the game but I had a great reason for missing it... I was doing my first 20 mile ride on my new carbon fiber bike. Still... I wish I saw the game!!!!

I have NBA league pass so I'll watch it Monday I think.

Don't think Amaré, Marion, Nash or Dragic "hated" the Suns after leaving. I think IT is just being loud, he seems to be that kind of guy. The Morri though, had their feelings hurt so I think they are in the "hating" category. The FO has made some unfortunate moves the last few years to damage the organisation's reputation. I hope McD and Sarver have realised this.

WTF did the suns do to them slobs?? The Morris brothers assulted a guy at a gym after the suns were cool enough to bring in Marcus to join his brother. Then you got that small bodied/minded Isaiah Thomas who is too pea brained to realize the suns had an abundance of talented pg's and someone had to go. Thomas has an obvious chip on his shoulder which makes him a great player but also makes him a classless bozo that feels the need to shoot his fat mouth off everytime we turn around.

Why is everything the suns fault??

I didn't say that, but signing IT and giving some promises how it would be then trading him the next year?! Also Morris twins signed on the semi cheap with the idea of playing together for an extended period of time in Phoenix, and then one of them (thugs) get shipped out without notice. FO has some of the fault, I don't think you can argue with that.

I think McD has the pea brain, getting three starter quality PGs on one team and expecting that to work.

It's sort of fantastic how McDonough accomplished this (bolded part) only to see it fall apart.

In regard to the Morris twins. They sunk their own ship. I can't blame the Suns FO for this.

The Suns got IT on a cheap contract so there wasn't much demand for him at the time. Still have to give McDonough credit for recognizing the talent.

I think IT was traded to appease Dragic but then he wants out at the last second. IT should not be crying because he is an All-Star PG in Boston.

Well you make solid points I just feel it was DEFINITELY a two way street dealing with these guys. I'm sensing a lot of venom coming from Thomas (more so the previous game the suns played them) and like Mainstreet just said he's an all-star now so he should get over it. The NBA is a business and he shouldn't take things so personal. He was dealt to a good situation where he could be a starter and thrive...

Enough Thomas enough!

IT was signed as Bledsoe insurance, plain and simple. BTW, when they signed him NO ONE ELSE WANTED HIM! No one considered him a starter. Suns fans did not.

They did IT a favor trading him to Boston.

And the Morrii decided to beat the crap out of a guy AFTER they signed their deal. All promises are off at that point.

Saying McD is a pea brain is just ignorant.

Actually, as I read it, Thomas was spewing venom although he tried to spin it.

If he didn't notice, Booker scoring 70 points had a purpose. It narrowed the margin to ten points. Maybe it was too close for his comfort as it reminded him of the mistakes he made in the Celtics loss to Phoenix just 2 1/2 weeks earlier.

How did it feel to get beaten by a rookie (Ulis) in the Phoenix game and being shown up by a second year player in Boston?

I thought so, sour grapes.
