Valley Sports: Talk about a mad-dash month of NBA free agency. It’s easy to forget about our economic woes when teams have wheeled and dealed as if the 2009-2010 season was next week instead of three months away. The Suns, of course, have exempted themselves, which should put to rest the idea this team has any chance of competing in the Western Conference.
