Tuesday the Suns play at the Hawks. The game is slated to start at 4:30 p.m. Arizona time.

The Hawks are on a seven game losing streak but not without good cause. See below.

However, as of this writing they are still in 5th place in the East with a 37-36 record.

Atlanta update: The Hawks (37-36) have lost seven in a row, falling into a three-way tie for the Eastern Conference’s fifth playoff spot. They are only two games ahead of eighth-place Miami. A reason for the slide: Atlanta is down three starters – Paul Millsap, Kent Bazemore and Thabo Sefolosha – because of injury. All are expected to miss Tuesday’s game.

Here are the injury updates for the Suns:

Veteran guards Leandro Barbosa (right hamstring) and Ronnie Price (lower left leg) are questionable for Tuesday's game. The Suns have been short-handed for every contest on this six-game trip, and that's not even counting their three already-shutdown players (Bledsoe, center Tyson Chandler and guard Brandon Knight). Barbosa, Price, forward Alan Williams and forward T.J. Warren all have missed time because of injury or illness leaving the Suns with just eight or nine available players.

The Suns are expecting Dragan Bender back before the end of the season although it is getting close with only 8 games left.

The Suns (22-52) have eight games left. Barring a setback, Watson said he expects Bender to return for at least a few games. Said Bender: "I'm getting close."

The Suns have a home stand beginning April 2 which includes four games (Houston, GS, OKC and Dallas). I hope Bender can play in these games plus finish the season at the Kings. Of course if he can play earlier, so much the better.

Summer league is a good idea as well.
