The Suns play the Heat tonight in Miami in the second of back-to-back games. I haven't heard any more about Bledsoe and Len being ready to play so they are likely questionable. Start time is 5:30 PM Arizona time. Below is a link to a preview of the game at ESPN.

Per Coro's twitter:

Bledsoe is testing the shin again. Hornacek said, "The way it's been going, I'm guessing no." Mario Chalmers (hip flexor) is out for Miami.

If so called "Mini-Lebron" is not able to go tonight, it must be serious.

The Suns miss Plumlee's defense when he is not on the court.

Nice first half by the Suns who trail by 3 at halftime. What was encouraging, the Suns seem to recover when the Heat clamped down on defense.

LeBron is not even tryong out there. Once he turns it on, we are toast. Chris Bosh is horrible.

the fact that this team is able to hang in and compete every game is a testament to Hornacek's coaching ability

Agree. I especially like how the players want to play for him.

I know we're playing the Heat and have been doing a good job of hanging in (due mainly to James not looking to score -- so far), but the Suns have had four players passing the ball to each other behind the 3-point line play after play.

It looks almost like a junior varsity team playing an exhibition game against a pro team who doesn't want them to look too bad.

I'm surprised the Heat keep Lebron and Wade in the game until the final minutes.

Tucker just isn't long enough to bother Lebron on the fadeaways. Not sure if anybody else on the team could do better but LBJ is just killing em.

I always love seeing Chris Anderson getting dunked on. That one was a beauty!

Bledsoe and Lebron are good friends.

Perhaps Bledsoe told him about how great Phoenix is and how it'd be awesome to see him in a Suns uni next season.

Hey...dreaming is free, right?? :D

It's not just Tucker and the Suns. He does that to everybody.

Suns had 32 3-point attempts (nearly 40% of total shots taken), converting on only 25% of them (they shot 49% from within the arc). I would have liked to see a little more effort getting the ball in the paint and trying to get easy buckets. It is not like the Suns were really trying and Miami was denying it. The Suns seemed to have preferred to settle for the outside shot, which most nights will be a losing strategy, but especially against a team that can get inside at will on the other end.

Despite my feeling the same a few posts earlier, I saw in the paper that they were tired from playing 3 games in 4 nights and (having four players) camped out beyond the 3-point line were all they could muster as the game dragged on.

Would they have been any worse off resting the five who were on the floor and playing a rested 8-12? Of course we wouldn't have stood a chance, just as we didn't stand a chance when the game got serious.

Perhaps not. Was there any other approach that might have been more productive?
