Really had this down as a loss even with there stars out. Miami is a tuff out. Booker came to play hopefully he can sell the Suns to a top notch player.
I was really wrong about Carter his shooting numbers were solid before the bubble. Is Jerome basically a towel boy at this point?
Been trying to get by buddy... Been a rough stretch. Guess it’s been a rough stretch for everyone though.

In all the craziness however, I Loving this crazy Suns run! And the Yotes as well!! Let’s not talk about the Dbacks though!

Towel boy and extra assistant coach apparently
Can Johnson is blossoming before our eyes. I’m actually reminded of Booker, drafted at 13 and known as a shooter only. Nobody thought he would turn out like this. Could Cam be heading down a similar path?
I get your sentiment but he will never be an all star.
Is that a Parker - Carter comparison?? [emoji15]

Not really. I'm only saying that Pop did one hell of a job developing Parker and I think he could do the same with Carter as Carter has more solid fundamentals at this stage than Parker did. Other than that though I don't think they should be compared.
@Hoop Head
I hope the Suns don't miss the date to waive Okobo and make a qualifying offer for Carter. These dates have changed but I'm not sure when the new dates are. I'm sure the Suns are on top of it but still it's a concern.
No they ARE contenders.
Actually, if the Suns win out it doesn’t matter what San Antonio does...They still have to win out and hope that Portland loses or that San Antonio loses twice just to make a play-in game for the 8th seed. This stretch has been impressive, but they're not there yet...

We’re tied, but tiebreaker is Bubble record. If we’re 8-0, we’re inAre we already ahead of them? I thought we were a game behind at least.
Those dates have been pushed quite a ways. No need to worry about that until the season and playoffs are over. Then we'll see people getting waived and options picked up across the league. Okobo is definitely a goner, probably back to Europe. I liked the kid but he's just not an NBA talent.
To everyone else. I'll admit I have rose colored glasses on when viewing Carter. He's probably my favorite Sun other than Booker and is one of my top 5 favorites of the last decade. I'll openly admit that I've always been drawn to backup guards on the Suns. From the early days of my fandom and watching Negele Knight, Duane Cooper, Trevor Ruffin, Elliot Perry, young Steve Nash, Randy Livingston, Barbosa, and Ish Smith. Even though we've had a revolving door of backup PG's lately though I haven't really taken a liking to any of them until Carter. I did like Ulis in his rookie year but he became a bit selfish with the ball in his 2nd year and couldn't shoot either.
We are .002 % pts ahead of them. Are we already ahead of them? I thought we were a game behind at least.
Actually, I believe they look at winking % in the case of a tie. Which we would win in that instance as well if we PHX and SA win out. We’re tied, but tiebreaker is Bubble record. If we’re 8-0, we’re in

Maybe, but remember that Johnson is eight months older than Booker. He doesn't have nearly as much clock to work with.
Cant get his shot off...not an NBA player..worst pick in the draft...obviously anything Cam does you're totally Bias. He plays well and it eats you aliveAnd for those slamming Ayton for sleepwalking through the first half today before contributing in the second half, Cam did just the opposite, having a stellar first half and then disappearing completely in the second half...
Cam has played well in the Bubble, and I hated the pick almost as much as youAnd for those slamming Ayton for sleepwalking through the first half today before contributing in the second half, Cam did just the opposite, having a stellar first half and then disappearing completely in the second half...
