Final:
Jazz 134 - Suns 133
Jazz 134 - Suns 133
Markkanen can’t miss
I’ve said over and over that he’s checked out and is done. You know that.
I'm not buying Ayton has checked out. He may not be playing up to his capability but he has not checked out.
The rebounding numbers tell me he’s not trying.
I think Ayton is being Ayton. It's worse if he is not trying. Ayton can be a paradox.
He’s never looked like this his entire career. It’s obvious
That down there stretch mastery thing doesn’t work nearly as well when the team only has one legitimate shot creator on the entire team.
Let's give it some time. Chris Paul has been out.
His best stretch last year was when Paul was out. Paul being out doesn’t affect his rebounding.
Like I said I think it’s pretty obvious what’s going on
I'd like to think he is better than that.
Nope
People have been pointing out this level of play for a very long time. It might not be consistently this weak but it’s all part of the good Ayton/bad Ayton waves he goes through every year. It’s why almost every year, he starts getting benched at some point. He’s never looked like this his entire career. It’s obvious

The only difference this year is he’s consistently meh Ayton. He just doesn’t have the good Ayton stretches to buffer them.
