Suns could use someone like Malik Beasley off the bench. They didn't get a lot from their bench.

That down there stretch mastery thing doesn’t work nearly as well when the team only has one legitimate shot creator on the entire team.

Jazz finished shooting 51.6% from three. Suns only shot 30% from that range.

Yeah you figure last year we were clutch like no one’s ever seen, we’re gonna lose a lot more of those games this year with this roster.

I think 5-8 seed

Let's give it some time. Chris Paul has been out.

His best stretch last year was when Paul was out. Paul being out doesn’t affect his rebounding.

Like I said I think it’s pretty obvious what’s going on

I'd like to think he is better than that.

He’s never looked like this his entire career. It’s obvious
People have been pointing out this level of play for a very long time. It might not be consistently this weak but it’s all part of the good Ayton/bad Ayton waves he goes through every year. It’s why almost every year, he starts getting benched at some point.

The only difference this year is he’s consistently meh Ayton. He just doesn’t have the good Ayton stretches to buffer them.

That’s one area where I’ll push back. We’ve seen Ayton play well and this in game thread filled with Ayton sucks. Ayton has always been the fall guy didn’t matter what he did. It’s become such low hanging fruit over the years I just ignore it. It’s never been this even when he was a rookie.

He’s never been like this he’s averaging career lows across the board.

He’s never averaged under 10 rebounds he’s pulling down 7 this year. His shooting % down 6 points, averaging a career high turnovers 2.3, averaging 1.6 FTA. His defensive rating had dropped 6 points.

He’s fallen off a cliff. He’s not even trying

Crazy thing about Utah is they have a bunch of assets from the Mitchell and Gobert trades should they push towards a playoff run.

It's crazy in the Western Conference.

The Trail Blazers lead the conference. They have 5 losses and six teams have 6 losses, including the Suns.
