Yeah, pencil it in as a loss as we probably just play our young guys with no care on the outcome whereas the Kings have some motivation.

Suns have a number of players OUT tomorrow: Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, Bradley Beal and Nick Richards.

Been a long disappointing season. But Mainstreet you & several other kept it interesting as possible, kept us updated and hoping. Maybe the Suns make the right changes this off season. We are so overdue for some good basketball. It's been hard watching the Suns this year but we can't quit. Go Suns!!!

Always enjoy reading your posts.

This last season was particularly tough, knowing the Suns don't own their own draft picks for years to come.

You think ishbia will make the right changes this off season? I don't think (my think) that he has made a right decision since he bought the team.

richards is legit injured - kd is over it and too big of an investment to risk any type of injury

but book and beal? no reason at all to sit out unless they are also being perceived as highly valuable trade pieces - too valuable to risk any type of injury

No reason to play either guy. This game has ZERO significance to us. We've been clamoring to see the young guys play, so here it is. Bring in all the 2 ways, too. Poor Plumlee, he may have to play some center. One criticism I have of the two way contracts, not the players in general, is that we should have 1 of the two way contracts on a real big we want to develop. Suns throughout the entirety of the franchise, have always been big man deficient to degrees.

Also, as a side note, who would have thought BOTH Ayton and Luke would be traded and only 1 first round pick would go back in total to the Mavs and Suns? Mavs got one from Lakers via Utah.

No reason to sit? There's no reason to play. It's a meaningless game for the Suns. Might as well play the young guys. Mikal Bridges played 6 seconds in his last game just to extend his games streak.

if that's the logic there was no reason for book or beal to play the last home game as we were already eliminated

i think the club has opened themselves up to new possibilities since then like leaving every decision/opportunity open for the new gm - meaning it would be the new gm's choice on who stays or goes (including book) but who knows

That's not true. It was fan appreciation night. There was a video posted about this just recently where he said how important it was to play for the fans on that night and his appreciation for them showing up in spite of our lackluster season.
