I think one of Booker's technical fouls came on the tossed ball to the referee and the other came on a comment in the same incident.

They just showed the replay. Book said something and got a t. He then immediately said something else short before bounce passing the ball. Whatever short thing he said got him chucked. I’m guessing it was “F you.”
