I'm liking Grant Sherfield a lot of heading into summer league. He is quick, can penetrate and shoot the lights out.

If he shows something in summer league, he would be a good candidate for a two-way contract.

Marcus Carr is another interesting point guard candidate. I particularly like his high bank shot off the class in the mid-range game when his shot is contested.

Summer league is always brutal. Everyone who is a "ball handler" ball hogs the poop out of it, everyone trying to make their own highlights.

That they allow unlimited fouls doesn't help either, a total slop fest.

But at the end of the day, guys get cut. So if you are Bol Bol, you would want to go somewhere you are the 14th guy, instead of here where you are arguably the 16th guy. I did find it noteworthy no one claimed him off waivers since his contract was so low. It shows he's not much in demand at this point in free agency.
