Not sure how many times I'm gonna have to say this, but the Suns are winning with their young players. What are they supposed to do differently to lose games? Sit guys like Booker and Warren when they are perfectly healthy?
Sit Bledsoe with Watson saying he's limping around. Sit him.

Apparently, yes, according to the "experts" on this board. And it's the reason I don't even bother to check 90% of the game threads or post much anymore. Any time the Suns do something positive it's the same 4-5 people complaining about it.

Sorry, I'm not going to be upset when guys like Booker, Chriss, Ulis Williams, etc are starting to break out. Isn't that the entire point? To eventually see progress from a really young roster?

I think developing the youngsters is just as, if not more so, important.

How would everyone feel if Booker, Ullis, Chriss, Williams, etc looked like doo doo?

Bringing in Ball/Fultz/Jackson/? to a crap roster doesnt help. This draft is good enough that even if the Suns slip out of the top three, they should walk away with a good player

Completely agree with JS and Krang. How anyone can be upset about this win is beyond me. Booker looked like a Kobe Bryant in his prime, and Warren and Chriss looked pretty damn good too. I mean, I wouldn't be upset had the Suns lost, but I cannot be upset with the win.
Booker looked like a cold-blooded assassin in the fourth quarter.

Yeah well you don't know how far the suns can drop in this draft. Look at what happened to Miami...One day they were second worst...A month later they are almost in the playoffs.

No one is denying Booker looked awesome and we love having him. But we got him through the draft did we not? See the connection we are trying to make here??

Nothing is guaranteed though. We got him at 13. Had we gotten the third pick in that draft? We might have taken Okafor. We certainly would not have gotten Booker.

Well that's true enough...But what pick would your rather have in this draft? #3 or #13?

Definitely #3. And I've been on the pro-tanking team for a while now. However, once the young guys started winning and playing great, I think you have to let progress happen.

A winning culture is hugely important. Probably even more important than getting that top pick. LeBron was probably the greatest prospect of the past 20 years. He had to leave Cleveland to go to a winning culture and get better so he could come back.

The Kings pick talented players every year.

Yes, I desperately want Ball or Jackson, Fultz or Tatum. But not at the expense of the development of all of our young players and the team's chemistry.

Hey it's all important. It's nice seeing that they want to win. They have their agenda...Fans have their agenda. Everything is speculation anyway.

I think the team should have 1 objective, and that objective is to win in the future. That means building a culture of winning.

Some posters advocated trading Bledsoe, but that would've sent the wrong message to the rest of the team.

The right way to tank for THIS team is to play the young guys alot, but don't bench the veterans like Bledsoe that are part of the future. Cut Barbosas minutes. Cut Chandlers minutes.

.

This is just absolutely false. He reached the finals with Cleveland before going to the heat.

It's not "at the expense." They've showed they can win. Even in tight games. There is literally NOTHING to be gained this season by winning a single additional game. Get the best player to add to this already obviously competitive team and let them grow next year. They aren't going to be a championship contender next year regardless of how they do this year. So let the continued growth come next year. This year let them play competitive and then sit them strategically to get the losses. I guarantee if they are competitive spirits, and they obviously are, they aren't going to "lose" that spirit in the last 16 games of this season. That's just stupid.
