Agree about Richards and Monte, Hoop Head. Not sure about Royce though. Glad I am not responsible to get them out of this mess.

Royce is essentially making the midlevel exception. He's not overpaid and can be plugged into the starting 5 in case of injury to virtually anyone except our Center. I know he's a steaky shooter but he's a good defender who plays hard each night. We'll need veterans like him to help influence our youth as well. He doesn't have any real upside at his age but he's locked in on an affordable deal going forward. He's also the sort of guy who can be added into trades to even them out, talent wise and financially. At about 2/3 of what Grayson makes, he's worth hanging onto.
