The Suns play the third game of their four game road trip on Thursday at the Pelicans.

Pelicans (6-15) have lost 6 games in a row with their last win coming against the Suns in Phoenix.

Suns (9-11) will be trying to bounce back from their loss to the Magic.

Game time is scheduled for 6 p.m. MST (Arizona time).

It will televised on FSAZ.

Interesting! The Pelicans' last win was seven games ago . . .
against the Suns . . . in Phoenix. And this one is in New Orleans.

The crystal ball doesn't look too good for this one.

Here are the starting lineups.

Gina Mizell‏Verified account @ginamizell

#Suns-Pelicans about to tip:
Phoenix starters: Rubio-Booker-Oubre-Saric-Kaminsky
New Orleans starters: Ball-Redick-Holiday-Ingram-Hayes
Nice ovation for former Pelicans coach Monty Williams, who is back in New Orleans for the first time as an NBA head coach.

For the third telecast in a row, Eddie Johnson
is wearing his usual spiffy suit with an open
collar dress shirt.

I think it would look sharper with a designer
shirt vs. plain white. The plain white shirt
sorta defeats the informality of no tie.

I am all for the no tie, BTW. :)

Booker rethinks shooting a '3' and Rubio misses his '3'.

Guards shooting 3's. Boring!

And the Pelicans jump out to an 11-4 lead,
including two layups.

Luckily Kaminsky hits his '3'.

I wish the Suns had drafted Jaxson Hayes (selected #8).

Bridges looking like the player the Suns traded for. He has 7 points.

Both Jerome and Okobo have received minutes at backup point guard. It will be interesting to who sees time in the 2nd half.
