Does this look like a good Championship Series game or what? Pretty good basketball all-around.

The Pistons are obviously a championship-caliber team but I don't think a matchup with them would necessarily be great to watch. I'd much rather see Boston come out of the East, whether that's playing against us or not.

Teams like the Pistons and Spurs just aren't fun to watch for me. Primarily because of their style, but also because of the referee manipulation both teams employ. It just makes the games extremely frustrating to watch. Billups is the most notorious guy in the league for getting someone off their feet, and even when they go straight up just absolutely slamming his body into them and throwing up a wild shot. For some idiotic reason the refs STILL go for that call, even though league officials made a concerted effort towards getting refs to not make that call if the defender goes straight up.

The Pistons don't flop like the Spurs do though, so I guess that's something.

So how many fast break points for both teams?

It'd be nice if we could hit some 3 pointers.

Yeah I think they need to start calling that an offensive foul. I mean, Nash will do that from time to time. But in my opinion if you jump into a guy who's coming down -that is an offensive foul.

I dunno, but Diaw is looking like the weakest link in that group out there tonight. C'mon Boris, we NEED you to play very well.

Yeah, if you can go straight up and the defender left his feet, and most importantly is off balance, and draw contact then it's obviously a foul, but if the defender is going straight up and you lower your shoulder and just slam it into a guy I just can't understand how that's not a foul on the offensive player every time.

I am absolutely baffled that we are trading punches with of all teams, Detroit, in an almost pure half-court game.

Very nice, and hopefully we pull out a win.

Amare and the big Shaqtus dominating the paint. Okay that's strong but their giving them problems.

This offense is deadly when Amare is looking for other people as well as his own offense. He can be a black hole, but he's also probably the best 1 assist per game passer I've ever seen. Ha!
