How about sending Bledsoe to the Kings for a high draft pick and Collison? They don't need to get younger and if Eric and Cuz are tight they might be willing to give up a little extra. It would solve the logjam of "lead guards" and get us a "pure PG" that accepts his role (or ship out Knight and start Collison). What do you think?

This kind of deal is possible only after the draft since the Kings owe a protected 1st to CHI.

I think that the Knight for Belinelli, Butler, Seth Curry, Dukan (the latter 3 are basically fillers, Dukan's contract is not guaranteed for the next season), SAC pick might make more sense for both teams, especially if the Kings intend to re-sign Rondo.

Thanks for the responses.

What concerns me the most about the Suns is their lack of direction. It especially shows on defense. I can accept losing but I'd like a hint about what they are doing. There should be more communication from the Suns FO to the fans. I could get into a rebuilding mode if that is their goal. My guess is the Suns have not decided what they want to do and they are waiting for a trade to move Markieff and likely other players before committing to a plan and a coach.

Not sure how lack of defense by the players and a supposed lack of direction by the team have to do with each other. Clearly the FO expected these players to play better than they are. As did I.

MCD has drafted well but the overall personnel management has been pretty bad so far.

I would expect the coach would have everything to do with how the Suns play the game... offensively and defensively. I'm not talking about wins and losses necessarily but how they play the game. Where was that huge focus on defense the Suns had in mind? The Suns cleaned house last season and probably will do another makeover this season. It's just to easy to change the players and change the assistants as a method to dealing with the problem. I'm not promoting Tom Thibodeau as the Suns head coach but I bet the Suns would play some defense under him.
