Wouldn't be surprised if Elf gets the starting nod tomorrow (yech), given his time in the system all season. We may all want Holiday to start but the timing with his teammates may take a while, I think Monty will ease him into the rotation over the next few games.

Starting Elfrid would be so much like Monty.

There are so many ways to read this but perhaps Monty wants the Suns to start their best lineup in this game and figure out the rotation from there.
