I know a lot of people have probably already completely marked this down as a sweep or 5 games, but there's no doubt in my mind, this series is going to be a 6 or 7 game series war, with the Suns coming out on top.

The Lakers are finally healthy, Jax coaches circles around DA and Kobe is just a scary ****. That being said, we have Nash and Nash won't let a guard tandem of Smush and the Farmar knock him out. Oh, and we have one more thing on our side...

Suns in 5. The Fakers can't hold us. They had a better chance to beat us last year IMO and we got them in 6 so I don't see any reason why we can't take them in 5. If Raja shuts down Kobe for the most part like he did in the last regular season game against them, I don't think we will have any problems.

Lakers have been playing horribly lately and I don't see that changing in the playoffs.

Also, the Suns are just flat out better than the Lakers.

Suns in 5.

I fear you may be right. If so, we have zero chance at a title, since we know for sure subsequent serieses will go long.

To have any chance at the trophy this series MUST be done in 5.

I expect Kobe to win a game by himself and one to Jackson's coaching.

Suns in 6!

just as an aside, Stern's got to just be stoked beyond belief at the way all the matchups went down - in the west, he's got the grudge rematch of Suns v. Lakers, he's got Nellie vs. the Mavs, the Spurs v. Melo and AI and two fifty win teams with Houston and Utah.

Then, you look at the East and you have, well, ONE good first round matchup with Miami v. Chicago, but you know Stern's salivating at Lebron's chance to get to the Conference Finals and have a relatively easy path to the Finals to really showcase his next big star.

BRING ON THE PLAYOFFS!!!!!!!!!!

Suns in five.
Odom and Brown are still banged up, plus who's thier starting point guard? I may be getting optimistic, but there are just too many questions concerning the lakers this time around. :)

Suns in 5. Kobe alone is good enough for one Suns win.

Suns in six. Lakers have Kwame back (thankfully) and Kobe's efficient as hell these last two games, but in the end the Lakers are far too inconsistent right now to win a series.

I'm hoping it comes out different, but it's not likely. But that's why they play the game.

Lakers are the 2nd worst playoff team behind the Wizards and they're extremely lucky to be in the playoffs
