Offense was beautiful tonight. They had a couple of silly turnovers, but the basketball was moving, and there wasn't much iso ball. This is basically what I expected to see this season. If they can sting three or four games like this together, I'm gonna get much more excited about the rest of the season.

Well, that's great; but I require much more evidence in order to think the Suns suddenly flipped a switch. I would in fact require this to continue for the rest of the regular season.

I don't think anyone thinks everything is fixed, but it was nice to finally watch a game where for the full 4 quarters they seemed active and engaged and playing like they wanted to win.

So many turnovers.

If they are being aggressive about moving the ball around, I can live with those turnovers. While 14 turnovers are bothersome, 41 assists are incredible. Usually when we have ugly turnovers it is because we dribbled around and only used passing as a last resort.

Also, a few of those turnovers came in garbage time when Bol was trying to be Allen Iverson.

This was exactly the sequence I was reflecting on when I mentioned the Suns are a much more balanced team when they can get some rim pressure. On second watch, didn't realize in the moment how good the interior defense was to help spark the transition opportunities.

There was talk after the game that Coach Bud has wanted the Suns to play better defense. That's why I like Dunn and Richards starting. Sure we lose offense, but we also aren't just letting the other side score at will. Plumlee played his A$$ off on defense last night, too. One of his better efforts.
