Remember 2 years ago when people were talking about Splash Brothers vs Slash Brothers?

Chandler set some good screens but Warren is the only one with a midrange shot. Suns missed quite a few.

I'm not sure what Tucker is bringing to the team except for a hustle play here and there.

Knight turned into a mental midget tonight.

Price should sit this game, he will have little impact.

I really think this is a game for Goodwin. Just let him attack and attack. Will definitely need to hide him on defense.

Totally agree... Especially the Goodwin comment! [emoji106]

Yep, he is basically toying with everyone. Its like he wasn't even trying the first part of the game, then he decides to exert some effort, and totally dominates and makes our players look like fools.

Bledsoe has missed two midrange shots to start the second half.

I honestly can't believe people still argue that Bledsoe is an "elite" player. Games like this show just how far off he is from elite. He's good. And at his best, he came be very good... But his best only shows up every so often. Most of the time he's good and then, on nights like tonight, he's less than good...

One of the more embarrassing performances... And can't even blame this on Keef dammit!
Can't shoot... Can't get to the basket... Can't play defense... Other than that, this team has a ton going for it!!

I honestly don't recall people arguing that Bledsoe is elite.

He has been having a pretty good year, tonight not so much.

You honestly haven't been paying attention... [emoji6]

As far as I can tell, pretty much everyone on this board just rags on the Suns, the players, and the coach. But if you can show me a post where someone was arguing that Bledsoe is an "elite" player, I will be pleasantly surprised and stand corrected.

I am not a Bledsoe fan, but he is the least of the Suns' problems. They are just a bad team playing the best team in the league that's pissed off because they finally lost a game and they've had three days to be pissed off. Bledsoe is going up against the most unstoppable player in the league, who is averaging 32, 6, and 5, shooting 44% from the three. To judge Bledsoe based on getting demolished by Curry tonight is unfair.

Down 40 after 3, wow! Curry and Thompson going hard at Price and Booker for that latter part of the 3rd, what a match up! :sarcasm:

I'm not even talking about his defense...

I said he is in the "conversation for elite guards in the league"... and he is. One crap game does not change that.

Agreed. Although he is having an off game, he has been playing at an all-star level for most of the year. He needs to cut down on the turnovers but he's not a problem.

Our starting forwards are however. Leuer is a backup and PJ Tucker is a mediocre role player that doesn't seem that good at his role anymore.

See, I don't think it's about this game. I think Bled is who he is. I think a star would've rallied himself to a better performance against a team that requires a higher level of play. Bled looked like he didn't even belong on the floor.
But that aside, he is simply not a consistently good (not great, just good) shooter. His drives to the hoop are often about him jumping into the air with no clue about what to do with the ball...leading to crazy scrambles and/or turnovers.
He's good. But not a star...
