If Burrow had 1 second more on that last play...

He could have noticed the one on one and took a shot deep earlier. However, during the play Uzomah was wide open. Didnt read it well enough. If he did Donald doesnt get there.

Don't forget about the first penalty called against the Bengals. Set them back to their own 10 instead of the 20 after an interception. Freaking Vernon Hargreaves. SMH.

The only people complaining about officiating was those who wanted the Bengals to win. Forget that the refs basically gave Bengals a 75 yard TD with a blatant OPI which is the only reason they are even in the game Rams should have blown them out, but the OBJ injury screwed up their O big time.

And you are forgetting the other penalties the Rams committed that weren't called that allowed the Rams to score, and the Bengals to have drives stalled.

Most of the complaints are more of the nature that the refs didn't call those penalties all night, but then 3 in a row.

It’s #ValentinesDay, so don’t forget to do something nice for your special someone today! It could be a card, flowers, a nice dinner or, maybe, just hold someone…but a real one, not like the fake one that allowed the #Rams to get a 1st & goal inside of 2 min. #SuperBowl ❤️

Okay... literally none of that changes the fact that RIGHT NOW the general LA sports world just doesn't care all that much about the Rams.I mean, you LITERALLY just provided all the different reasons WHY no one cares for the most part.

Now, if you win the Super Bowl and claim back some of those Raider fans (never happen) and get bandwaggoners on board, maybe then more people will care. But you're talking about the future, not the present and even some of your thoughts about the future are incredibly dubious... like recapturing Raiders fans and all those who jump on the bandwaggon after a Super Bowl W are just as likely to jump off at the first sign of trouble.

And you say LA fans can't afford to go but rich scumbag in SF can? Dude, LA IS THE SCUMBAG CAPITAL OF THE COUNTRY and is LOADED with just as much if not more rich douchebags than almost anywhere in the country. And you know why they buy astronomical tickets to Lakers game but Rams games? Because it's not the cool spot to be at... why? Because... wait for it... most Angelenos don't really care about the Rams. The idea that SF scumbags could buy those tickets but LA doesn't have those type of fans enough to support the team is flat out stupid. They have plenty of those people... those people just don't have the interest to spend the money on the Rams.

And none of what I've said is from the perspective of some guy who just sees a lot of red on the TV screen when they played the Niners. i live in LA. I live, eat and sleep sports. I work in an industry overflowing with Rich Scumbags. I went to the Cards Rams playoff game and was stunned at the lack of intensity from the crowd. I listen to 570/710. This is the second Super Bowl in 4 years and I've yet to see ANY Rams memoribilia around town. Or people wearing Rams jerseys around. Come playoff time in Laker land, that stuff is EVERYWHERE. Hell, the Valley just experienced it last year when the Suns made their run and everyone was rocking Purple and Orange and there were pop-ups selling stuff on street corners.

Almost every single one of my friends is either from LA or the OC. And out of around 20 of them who are die-hard sports fans, you know how many even care about the Rams? 2. That is it and @Ouchie-Z-Clown can back that up.

The only crock here is a defensive fan who can't separate his team's success from a fanbase that is near non-existent compared to the other big boys in the city. Your fans may be passionate. There's just not a lot of them in the city. At least not ones who really care.

why you're taking that so personal is beyond me.
All i will comment on is that I never said I wanted Raider fans to become bandwagon Rams fans...I said I want their CHILDREN to become Rams fans...Doesn't matter man, we won the Super Bowl which is all I care about this year.

I honestly didn't watch a second of the Super Bowl, I didn't even know who won until this morning. Was it at least a good game?

FWIW I still can't tell if it's true or not that the first Rams TD was illegal formation.

having a hard time getting a picture but Skowronek is lined up outside right, Jefferson to his left, and OBJ to HIS left. The rule is supposed to be only the outside WR, Skowronek, can be on the line of scrimmage, the others have to be at least 1 yard off the LOS on that side because Skowronek is covering him up. Based on where the LOS is it appears to be OBJ and Jefferson probably are 1 yard off the lOS, the reason it looks illegal is that Skowronek isn't on the LOS he's almost a yard off it too as is Kupp on the other side.

I guess we'll see about how fast the Rams fanbase grows now after winning a Super Bowl in LA.
Lol. Your argument was never how good it would be, it was how good it was. It absolutely should grow with the kids in the area after winning a super bowl. Particularly if they can sustain a high level of play. Much of that will be determined by who succeeds stafford.

What, in 5 plus years? Stafford isn't going anywhere.

My only comment is how, year after year, do the refs still influence the game to the degree that they do. What is wrong with simply using the technology to get it right? Every year in the playoffs, games are ruined, influenced, or even outcomes changed due to the refs. It is just getting way too old. And saying that the outcome would have probably been the same is missing the point.

There is absolutely no reason that any play could not be reviewed and corrected when wrong. This idea of the league deciding what and when something is re-viewable is nonsense.

There is a guy at nfl network watching and reviewing every play and call. Just have him buzz the head ref before another play is run and correct all obvious mistakes, including phantom holding calls and the like.

Hopefully one day all sports will be played without the human errors of officials. Just let them place the ball down where they are told to and blow their little whistle to start the play clock and end a play. Anything else they do should only be suggestions for the technology to look at and decide.

After slogging through 12 long seasons with an awful Lions organization, Stafford gets his ring. Good on him.

Rams’ 23-20 Super Bowl LVI win over the Bengals averaged 112.3 million viewers to rank it as the most-watched show in five years.

Sincere congratulations Loyal Ram. You’re an awesome poster here, so I was happy for you and several other Rams fans whom I know. Now, would you all please rollover for the Cards for the next five years? Please?!
We split during the regular season, bruh! I'll take the roll over option under advisement...*smiles
