This is usually a non-event, but this year may have a player who interests the Cards. Paul Oliver, a CB at Georgia, has been declared academically ineligible. He has decent speed, power and really came on at the end of last season. He had a monster bowl game. He is very durable. Some would project him to safety, but he might make it as a corner or at least a nickel. He didn't come out this past draft because the draft was fairly deep, but now he has little choice. He might be worth the a fourth or even a third depending on how his workouts go. He's big enough to contribute on special teams. The Cards should at least take a look. Sorry, I didn't see the earlier entry.

I would be very surprised if the cards don't make a play for him. This is a position we still need depth at and seems he has all the tools.

He will not last beyond our first and I doubt Wiz and Graves are going to use a first rounder on a guy who was too lazy or dumb to stay in school. Someone will however take him in the first IMO.

Disagree with you on his being a first round choice, although I admit I don't remember seeing him this year.
