It can be called naïve but God what a dumb kid.

What was that load of crap they were feeding him about he had no votes on the jury? And why did he buy it? Erik never played or backstabbed (voting strategically to keep yourself in is not backstabbing) anyone on the jury. He was the only one was genuinely surprised by the blind sides. He was still there because he won challenges plain and simple.

Those women did a happy dance all over his misplaced sense of duty, everyone on survivor tells everyone else what they want to hear darling Erik, it is one of the constants in the game and as a Survivor fan you should have KNOWN that. I know your young but wake up sweetie, if you don’t women are gonna walk all over you for the rest of your life.

From the beginning Erik played the game with a big helping of hero worship and that is why he will go home without the prize. I really believe that had he kept himself in it by continuing to win immunity he would have won the whole dang thing.

Oh well now we get to watch the rest of the group devour themselves; should be entertaining.

Totally agree I think most of the people on the present jury would have voted for him because the women were the ones organizing the blindsides not him.

Honestly he acted like a kid who's allowing a woman to use him because he thinks he'll get lucky as a result? Just very weird.

the worst part is he knew they were lying to him he asked why can't you trust me without giving up immunity and then he bought the half ass excuse.

You have to give Cirie credit for realizing he might be stupid enough to fall for that plan.

The women this season are pure evil...and genius. I can't believe they keep tricking the guys into not using or giving up immunity. Turns out this season could be one of the best ever....this past few weeks have been great.


In Erik's defense....it may have made a little sense since he did need an alliance of some sort. If he did not win the next immunity he would be gone since he had no alliance at all. Of course, he should have realized you can't trust the female alliance after everything they had done and should have taken his chances with winning the next immunity challenge or made a deal then.

After this season, I am not so sure I want my wife to hang out with her group of friends.

At 4 all he has to do is win one more immunity and he's final 3 alliance or not.

I just think he was way too sensitive he just didn't like being called out for being dishonest even though everyone there has been dishonest as well.

He seemed really socially stunted, even Jeff said that's what we call a life lesson.

At this point i think I'm pulling for Cirie, she's been the mastermind behind most of this stuff.

And as she said before she's not athletic so she can't win challenges, and she's not using her
looks like Amanda or Parvati, she's just out thinking the other players.

That was a great season. You have to wonder the question to Parv about the bedroom, I'm assuming that woman is a lesbian asking if Parvati is interested? Otherwise the question made no sense?

Surprised at the outcome I had it backwards from teh final 2, based on questions I assumed the winner was only going to get maybe 3 votes.

This is what makes people NOT want to watch this show. These spiteful bitter jury people always give it to the NON-DESERVING person. Amanda played better, harder, and didn't screw most of them older, but she didn't act like a little ***** with everyone and make them like her so she loses, what a joke! I say every year when the wrong person wins that I may not watch anymore, this year is no different I may not be able to continue to watch bitter losers give the money to people just to spite the person who usually played the game the best, its just lame.

Amanda played better, harder, and didn't screw most of them older, but she didn't act like a little ***** with everyone and make them like her so she loses, what a joke! I say every year when the wrong person wins that I may not watch anymore, this year is no different I may not be able to continue to watch bitter losers give the money to people just to spite the person who usually played the game the best, its just lame.

They would have given it to Amanda, IMO, if she wouldn't have gotten up on her soap box and say that basically she never screwed anyone over and she was truthful the whole game.

If she would have been honest, she would have won.

Disagree NO ONE but ozzy was going to give it to her because they were all pissed off and quite frankly the Girls that made up most of the jury liked and was aligned with Parvati so she won. I think Amanda's big mistake was even taking her to the end, she would have won against Cirie I think because she sucked at everything except talking and making alliances. Think her little friendship with Parvati cost her the million!

I'm not sure she would have beaten either. I thought she would beat Parvati because everyone was mad at Parv, but she managed to blow that. Cirie was masterminding so much on there she's pretty clever as they said she's a better talker than the other 2 were she could make a pretty strong case I'm not athletic, I'm not flirting with men, but here I am in the final 2 I earned my spot with my brain vote for me.

to be fair I wanted Cirie to win at final 4 for just that reason I felt she was the best strategic player.

Sure but she uses her brain and social skills which is a part of the game too.

Basically she came up with every blindside in the game and all the people that got blindsided were mad at Parv or Amanda, not Cirie. That's pretty good game playing to pull that off.

I did notice that the skinny girls seemed to lose weight and Cirie almost seemed to be gaining it though!

Exactly! Amanda clearly slept through speech and debate classes. That's twice now that she seemed completely unprepared. She was like a deer in headlights for pretty much every question. It's not like they threw a ton of curve balls at her.
