Man, I wanted that guy so bad.

JJ had some decent years but never lived up to the hype.

The Cardinals took Frank Sanders in the second round and I believe most people, including me, were underwhelmed with the pick.

Frank went on to have a much better career than JJ Stokes.

Oh tons.

On the Byron Leftwich v. Terrell Suggs debate, I was 100% positive Leftwich would be one of the best QBs in NFL history.

Also fell for the Leinart joke. He did look good in his first preseason which is why I have learned to put not a lot of stock in preseason games.

I thought Larry Fitz was a Denny Green nepotism choice and overrated where he was drafted. Could not be more wrong.

David Boston had all the talent in the world but stupid between the ears and just wasted it.

I thought Ryan Leaf was going to be a super stud. Biggest bust of all time in my opinion.

I lost my mind when Tobin passed on Jon Ogden. Just couldnt beleive it at the time.

Man the Ravens can sure draft, can't they?! One of our all time gafs along with AP.

I remember Stallings saying once when we drafted some loser QB early, "does he rush the other teams' QB too!" Classic Cardinals.

I remember wanting Elton Brown bad one yr. Thought he's be an answer at OG, and we got him in like the 4th! I was stoked! He sucked!

Do you really think not taking Ogden was that big a miss? I've always wondered about that because we took Rice instead and the guy was a player unfortunately he didn't want to play for us. Meanwhile we'd have been set at T for years with Ogden. I believe Tobin has said that it was a tough choice.

Speaking of Offensive Linemen, I'll never forget 1993 when The Sporting News said before the draft that the Cards should take Willie Roaf and either Lincoln Kennedy or Ernest Dye, I forget which, with their 2 first round picks and the Cards would be set at OT for the next decade.

Leland McIlroy was probably my biggest miss. I was just sure he would be a flat out stud. Leinart second

Wendel Bryant was the my biggest whif that I recall. Thought the kid had not only talent but the drive to be great. The only driving he did was when drunk.

I was happy with Levi Brown over All Day due to incredible need for us and suspect injury history with Peterson.

I'm sure there is a ton more but I have a pretty selective memory.

I would like a thread about crowing all the correct calls we have made but I wouldn't have the energy to type them all up. :)
