Well, a couple of those hits he took are no doubt where some of his concussion issues stem from.

He looks good catching in traffic, and against decent opponents. Color me impressed.

Thanks for posting the links.

My brother is an A & M alum who has season tickets for the Aggies. From what he told me, if we can keep this kid healthy, we have a winner. Let's hope that he has a Frank Gore career (drafted later because of injuries...results?) instead of Wadsworth (career over before it began because of injuries).

The way he separates from corners is amazing. He beats them all in a foot race.

Very excited about Swope's potential.

Man what a find. Hopefully the concussion issue doesn't become anything like that Stanford WR Chris Owusu.

His slot routes are sick. To address the comparison with Welker, Swope takes his slot routes inside out (run inside, fake with shoulders and run a drag or fly to the sidelines) which Welker doesn't do. Welker runs all the way across the line of scrimmage, unless he's squatting on a hole in the zone. Swope continues moving, either taking it horizontal across the line, or breaking it outside wide and deep (back toward the side he started on). He rarely squats (which is a good thing in a BA offense). BA was hammering Luck on the crossing routes last year, so it'll be interesting to see how they use Swope. Best thing about Swope IMO is that he knows what kind of trouble his QB is in and is able to break off routes, go deep if he has time, and cut it off if not.

I'm afraid the opponents strategy will be, if they can't catch him, punish him. That was a vicious forearm he took in one of the tackles.

That rap noise lyrics in the background was distasteful.

Who was the QB? He was fitting those passes into him perfectly. If CP can do the same, we have a winner on our hands.

The plays from the 2012 season were from Johnny Manziel.

The season before was Ryan Tannehill.

Tennehill had some sick passes to him in 2011. I hadn't seen a lot of Tanehill in college, but I can understand why people think he'll be a good player.

We can almost disregard how open he was with Manziel because Manziel sucked everyone up toward the line of scrimmage with his scrambling, and CP won't do that.

I love the kid's hands and speed even in traffic. He appears to be tough can he play through a hrad hitting NFL without the head stuff? I hope.

I was actually surprised to hear people were so worried about concussions with Swope. He never missed a game with a concussion and I can't remember him ever even being sat down during a game because of a hit to the head. And, I watch every A&M game I possibly can. I've seen about 80% of his college games.
