Days after losing in the NCAA tournament national championship game, South Carolina is adding a major scorer to its roster.
Ta'Niya Latson, who led the nation averaging 25.2 points per game, is leaving Florida State after entering the transfer portal in late March. The 5-foot-8 guard is joining Dawn Staley's program after three seasons in Tallahassee, during which she averaged 22.5 points, 4.4 rebounds and 3.9 assists while shooting 37% on 3-pointers.
