An amazing film about the Korean War from the Korean perspective. The Korean War was one of the most brutal conflicts in history, with over 4 million Koreans dying in it, 2/3 of whom were civilians. Unfortunately, Korea is often referred to as "The Forgotten War" as it came just after WWII and was overshadowed by the Vietnam War.

The film is about two brothers who are drafted into the army and how their bonds of trust and love are continually tested again and again. Very realistic battle scenes. The movie does an excellent job of portraying the horrors of the war and the divided loyalties of the people who fought in it.

A powerful film that I recommend highly. Korean with English sub-titles.
