im speaking the obvious about #31 when I say he needs to be moved. Bickley wrote a piece the other day that was defamatory and unnecessary. He’s a good dude and a good player, that just doesn’t fit in this system. The cardinals would be wise to send him to Tampa for a song (and his wife with a dozen roses, and a bunch of onesies for the kids)... unload his contract, and let him know how much our organization appreciates him. I hope he goes to Tampa and meets his 1000/1000 goal.

I sincerely hate this organization for the way they f players off. Reminds me of the old joke about alternative sex and using curtains for cleanup.

We need to become an NFL franchise. Kissing David goodbye with dignity intact both ways is a good start IMO.

How does he not fit a pass friendly system? That's his strength. David Johnson gave up, many reasons have been speculated why, but he's not 100% in it anymore.

This system is built for the lean and agile. David was never that dude. BA coddled him through his rookie year. There is a reason for that.

This is a results business. He isn't getting it done. Simple as that. The job of the organization is to win. They don't owe him anything other than the money he is getting paid. Save the sob story.

DJ has zero trade value, Cut em or keep em are the only options.

You can certainly tell me that, but the flags, snuffs, and snides from the league say otherwise... I don’t know if we are watching the same league or not, but this is a show. Not a game of right or wrong. The PI circus in Tampa was enough for me to say the cardinals are considered a lower tier franchise.

Look at Baltimore...

what’s the joke?

DJ just doesn’t play with the same effort he used to not only running but blocking. He’s gonna get your QB hurt he was benched last year for lack of effort and it hasn’t changed

Why would any team agree to take on this contract?

LOL you think a PI non-call at the end of the Tampa game is a reflection of how this team treats it's players? Hahahahahahaha. I just can't anymore.....

I’d give away a 6th or even 5th to get rid of him and keep Drake, Humphries, Fitzgerald and add a free agent

Have you actually looked at the contract?

No one is taking it on for guys who have a 10% chance of signing a second deal.

Cards have few options and none involve other teams bailing us out.

Look if you don't produce in the last 3 seasons but have one of the biggest RB contracts, than my boy you have something going against you.

What would you do, when you go into your job, see that there is a guy that gets lots of money, way more than the Average Joe and doesn't work for it. He goes trough the motions but, doesn't do anything. Would you stand up for him, if the company would dicide to not get him any workload and than fires him? Because as long as he gets his money, you even if you work really hard, can't get a rise as long he is in the company.

That is the crux with DJ at the moment, he doesn't want to play or isn't sure about it, has fear of injury or something, but like he plays now, he has no value for us or any team.

If he can play again, than you make a trade for him, but as long as the only options are cutting him an have less money or keeping him and have the same amount, you don't argue about that.

It is the same with TM, they wanted him to get a pay cut, he didn't, then he played for less and still plays for less. Gosh, the Honey Badger has made less money then the cut we proposed would have paid him till now. So this players are often crybabies as well, Antonio Brown showed that to all of us. And LeVon Bell, DJ and so on showed, why you don't pay RB.

Ha. We don’t want him but many here are saying to unload him. Not that easy. anybody interested can simply wait.

As far as treating players fair , every player that I can think of had a problem or were going to get more than they were worth.

TM . Cards took a chance on him when nobody else would and then got injured and wasn’t the same player. However he was able to parley that into another opportunity in KC.
John Brown. He was sick and very unproductive however he parlayed his opportunity in Baltimore. Poor guy.
CC was getting up in age and the cards couldn’t pay him what the Jags offered.

I really don’t know how the Cards mistreated these three examples.
