Don't the Cards need to sign a couple of players at these two positions? Seems like with an OC who was a TE coach, they would be bringing in more guys.

Also, Cards haven't brought in any CBs, yet traded Starks and is letting Hill determine his market value. What's Denny's plan here? Is the draft going to save him or is he looking for June 1 cuts and the scraps left from free agency.

Why doesn't he bring in Dyson and give him a tour of the facility, or even Ty Law?

I am making the assumption that the Cards get a RB in the draft. Plus, they already have 4 guys at the RB position (Shipp, Hambrick, Scobey, and Croom).

I totally agree. If they are waiting to fill these holes in the draft, then it could go against Green's "draft the best player available" theory.

I feel that if the bring in Anthony Thomas and Andre Dyson they will be okay at those two positions and add depth in the draft.

The whole Andre Dyson thing confuses me. He has received absolutly no interest from anybody. I wonder if his asking price is too high, but if it's reasonable I think the Cards should bring him in for a look. The CB situation is not going to be solved in the draft.

Surtain's asking price is a 2nd rounder, but Surtain wants 8 million at least in signing bonus and his current deal is in the final year with a salary of 6.15 so presumably that's why nobody is after him.

If we wind up trading Anquan I'd hope it's for picks and we then make a move for Surtain.

Long shot that won't work and not reported anywhere but if we sign Dyson and trade Shelton and Thompson for Surtain I would go running back in the first, guard in the second, tight end and O tackle in third and defensive tackle in fourth or Antonio Perkins if he's there in the fourth.
