Yeah, he has the potential to be special, but don't mistake that for already being special. And just because he had those stats "for the Cardinals" doesn't make his stats or impact any greater. And he had a great year two years ago...... but his other two years were just solid. I need more consistancy to proclaim him dominant or special. He has his flashes, but he is an average to above average OLB right now. He is not a game-changing defender who has to be accounted for on every play and who offensive coordinators game plan around. To ma, that's the definition of special, and he's not there yet. Notice I said yet. I see it in him, but haven't seen it consistantly.

Yes it does. Playing superbly for a bad football team is a lot harder than playing well when surrounded by top talent. That's Gerald Hayes next to him not Brian Urlacher.

It's impressive to watch a guy whose work ethic and desire are questioned have 7 tackles and 2 sacks in a week 17 game playing for a 5-10 team.

BTW: How do you know offensive coordinators don't game plan around him?

That's ********. Dansby, next to A-Dub, is our only Pro Bowl caliber player on defense. He's a great pass rusher, he's a sideline to sideline guy who chases RB's around and he can cover people. You guys make it look like Lance Briggs or any of those guys played on another level. Look at the Bears vs Cardinals game in 2006 and then tell me how Lance Briggs looked. The guy got burned for at least 3 touchdowns i believe. He missed tackles and took bad angles in the running game as well.
