Some people just can't let it go. The reality is Tebow is not a NFL quality QB and never will be. His outward displays of his religion not his abilities as a QB are what garnered him most of his notoriety. I for one could care less what Tebow believes in or doesn't believe in. I just see these people who have started this petition as trying to forward their own agenda and are trying to use Tebow to so it.

I feel sorry for Tebow. The kid catches all sorts of crap for his beliefs, without actually doing anything wrong. It's the fans like this guy that create hatred for Tebow. On a side-note, whoever started and seriously participates in said petition is a complete idiot. The president should force a private sports organization to ignore their talent evaluations that took a lot of work and not only sign Tebow, nut start him over every more-deserving QB on the team. Talk about delusional. Now I'm just waiting for Obama to invite him to the white house for a beer to than him for his faith in him

Why not just ask Obama to ship Rodgers to the Cardinals? That would help the Bears and might win a few votes in AZ.

The petition was started on April 30, but since then only 59 people have signed the call for Obama to make the call.

The official White House petition system means that for the petition to get an official response from the Obama administration it will need about another 99,000 signatures.
