Temple hires Florida's Addazio as coach (AP)

A person familiar with the situation says Temple has hired Florida offensive coordinator Steve Addazio as its new head coach. The person spoke to The Associated Press Wednesday on condition of anonymity because Temple had not publicly announced the hiring. The 51-year-old Addazio had been a member of Urban Meyer's staff at Florida during Meyer's six-year tenure with the Gators.
