Way to ruin a perfectly good Tuesday night. I know there is demand for the replay leading up to kickoff on Thursday night, but they clearly should have polled Cardinals nation to see if we wouldn't mind.

On the real though, although I knew I wouldn't watch, as I was cooking dinner I turned it on for a few plays here and there. I swear to God gang, I was bout to tear up if I watched anymore. If there was ever any doubt that this L will haunt my memory until I go to the grave or we win the thing, tonight proved the opposite. I will never ever get over that L. I just wont.

It was on while I was out to dinner with the family. I looked up halfway through my meal and almost puked everywhere.

It could be worse. You could have watched your team lose 4 NFC Championship games and a SuperBowl over the last 8 seasons.

Just watch the second half up to the part where Fitz runs into the end zone watching himself on the Jumbtron. Then turn it off and put on the last 12 minutes of the NFC Championship Game.

That works great.

I must be the only one in the world that can actually watch the Super Bowl and be proud. Man, I had waited 40 years for the Cards to make it to the greatest game in sports, and though I get mad at watching some of the things we did in the game, I am just so greatful that we made it there.

Now, next time we are there it will be a different story, if we lose.

never watching it...ever

This. I can't do it. I was there, and it broke my heart. Until the most recent game at UoP, I wasn't myself at all. It's one of the top three worst moments of my life, and for whatever reason, they've all fallen on the day of a Super Bowl.

This year I'll hide under my bed and not come out.

Unless we're there again. Then it's time to sell the car and go back to Florida to watch them win it all.

I've watched it once and I changed the channel after Fitz scored the go ahead TD. I didn't think I would ever watch it.

I accidentally turned it on last night only to see Harrison's mad dash to the end zone right before halftime. :bang:

You're not alone!

There is an old axiom; it's better to have been to the Super Bowl and lost than to never have been to the Super Bowl at all.

Conversely, had the Cardinals made it to the Super Bowl and stunk it up, then I would have a problem with ever viewing it again. But they played one heck of a game; and came close to winning it all. There is no angst in it for me.

I lucked out. I flipped through and came in on our drive to bring the score to 20-14. I watched until Fitz scored and then quickly changed the channel, proclaiming to my wife that the game ended there, we won tonight. So, I only had to watch the "good" part. :)

I was in the middle of a Poker Tournament in Washington, and got razzed by everyone in the tourney every time something bad happend.. it was an AWFUL, HORRIBLE expierance...

I reminded all the seahawks faithfu atleast we were IN the playoffs, but it didn't help the sting go away... It was the first time I had seen any part of the Superbowl replay, and got to say, it hurt as bad as I feared it would have...:bang:
